These terms apply to engagements between Wynco Recruitment and clients or candidates using our recruitment services.

Wynco provides permanent, contract and labour hire recruitment services. Specific terms for each engagement are confirmed in writing.

Client fees and payment terms are agreed prior to commencement of a search assignment.

Wynco uses reasonable skill and care in recruitment activities. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
