From Sydney construction and engineering roots to national, multi-industry recruitment — built on relationships, sector expertise and long-term client partnerships.

    Aaron Wynyard and Luke MacDougall established Wynco as an Australian, privately owned employment group — specialising in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment for Sydney’s construction and engineering sectors.

    Services expanded into information technology and telecommunications, with Luke MacDougall leading the national IT recruitment team.
